Responsibilities:
- Quality Assurance Management:
- Oversee and ensure compliance with quality assurance standards and protocols in all production processes.
- Documentation Control:
- Maintain and manage all quality-related documentation, including SOPs, batch records, and quality manuals.
- Product Testing:
- Conduct and supervise rigorous testing of products to ensure they meet all quality standards and specifications.
- Compliance Monitoring:
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal quality policies.
- Audit Preparation:
- Prepare for and participate in internal and external audits, addressing any non-compliance issues effectively.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Identify areas for improvement in quality processes and implement corrective actions to enhance product quality.
- Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with production, R&D, and other departments to integrate quality assurance into all aspects of operations.
- Training and Development:
- Train and mentor junior staff on quality assurance practices and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in quality assurance in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Thorough understanding of regulatory requirements and quality standards.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
