Responsibilities:

  1. Quality Assurance Management:
    • Oversee and ensure compliance with quality assurance standards and protocols in all production processes.
  2. Documentation Control:
    • Maintain and manage all quality-related documentation, including SOPs, batch records, and quality manuals.
  3. Product Testing:
    • Conduct and supervise rigorous testing of products to ensure they meet all quality standards and specifications.
  4. Compliance Monitoring:
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal quality policies.
  5. Audit Preparation:
    • Prepare for and participate in internal and external audits, addressing any non-compliance issues effectively.
  6. Continuous Improvement:
    • Identify areas for improvement in quality processes and implement corrective actions to enhance product quality.
  7. Team Collaboration:
    • Work closely with production, R&D, and other departments to integrate quality assurance into all aspects of operations.
  8. Training and Development:
    • Train and mentor junior staff on quality assurance practices and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in quality assurance in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Thorough understanding of regulatory requirements and quality standards.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
