๐ Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Analyst โ NPI, you will:
- Support New Product Introduction (NPI) activities using NPDI tools, SAP, and web data systems
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Project Managers, and cross-functional teams
- Ensure master data accuracy, completeness, and consistency
- Perform data cleansing, enrichment, and validation
- Manage Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) workflows
- Review and troubleshoot Product Information Management (PIM) and web PDP data
- Maintain SLA and TAT compliance for operational efficiency
- Contribute to process improvement and automation initiatives
- Ensure high standards of quality, productivity, and stakeholder satisfaction
๐ Qualifications & Skills
Essential Requirements:
- Postgraduate degree in Chemistry / Biochemistry / Life Sciences
- 2โ3 years of experience in scientific industry or business operations
- Strong understanding of NPI workflows and product data management
Technical Skills:
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Teams, Outlook, SharePoint)
- Ability to handle complex data queries and databases
- Familiarity with SAP, NPDI tools, and web platforms
Soft Skills:
