Candidates selected for this role will be responsible for handling investigation-related activities within the Quality Control department. Key responsibilities include:
- Conduct and manage investigations related to quality systems and operations
- Prepare, review, and refine reports, official documents, and presentations
- Ensure all documentation is grammatically accurate, professional, and audit-ready
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for clear communication of findings
- Lead and document investigation processes efficiently
- Maintain proper records of observations, decisions, and follow-up actions
- Support internal audits with structured and compliant documentation
