Key Responsibilities
Aseptic & Manufacturing Operations
- Handle operations in controlled and aseptic environments
- Perform filling, sealing, filtration, autoclave, and sterilization processes
- Execute batch manufacturing and terminal sterilization
- Manage visual inspection testing (VIT) and packing activities
Equipment & Line Handling
- Work on manufacturing lines such as:
- PFS (Pre-Filled Syringes)
- Lyophilizer and vial lines
- Bag and emulsion lines
- Operate machinery including:
- Groninger / Optima filling machines
- Bosch filling machines
- Steam sterilizers (Fedegari)
- Dyno tracking systems
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Diploma, B.Sc, ITI, or any graduate qualification
- 3–8 years of experience in injectable / parenteral manufacturing
- Strong exposure to aseptic vial or bottle filling processes
- Knowledge of batch manufacturing and preparation activities
- Familiarity with USFDA audits and compliance standards
- Technical expertise in filling machines and autoclave operations
Preferred Experience
- Experience in Ophthalmic line or PFS cartridge line will be given preference
