We are hiring for multiple roles in the Oral Solid Dosage (OSD) Manufacturing unit:

Equipment and Compliance Knowledge
Candidates should have experience with the following equipment and compliance processes:
- Machines: RMG, FBE, V-Blender, Fette compression machine, Auto coater, CVC Line, Bottle packing line with Track & Trace system.
- Regulatory Knowledge: 21 CFR compliance, Quality Management System (QMS), including Change Control, Deviation, CAPA, and SCADA operation.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervising and monitoring day-to-day activities in processing and holding of drug products for both stability and commercial batches.
- Ensuring that equipment and areas meet cGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practice) standards.
- Training operators and subordinates on operational SOPs and cleaning processes.
- Coordinating IQ, OQ, and PQ for new systems and equipment.
- Managing material movements according to approved Batch Manufacturing Records.
- Performing online documentation in compliance with Good Documentation Practices.
Desired Profile
- Strong knowledge of 21 CFR compliance and cGMP regulations.
- Familiarity with handling machines such as RMG, Auto coater, Fette compression, and packaging lines.
- Proficiency in Quality Management Systems and SCADA operation.
- Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and basic computer knowledge.
- Experience in USFDA-regulated pharmaceutical organizations is preferred.
