The Clario Assistant Clinical Project Manager job offers an opportunity to develop clinical project management expertise while supporting global medical imaging clinical trials. The selected candidate will work closely with Clinical Project Managers, sponsors, clinical sites, and cross-functional teams throughout study startup, execution, monitoring, and closeout.

Key Responsibilities
As an Assistant Clinical Project Manager at Clario, the selected candidate will support the successful execution and delivery of medical imaging clinical studies. Major responsibilities include:
- Support Clinical Project Managers during study planning, startup, execution, monitoring, and closeout.
- Prepare, maintain, organize, and update clinical project documentation, reports, presentations, and study materials.
- Review project presentations, status reports, and client communications for accuracy and consistency.
- Participate in project meetings, conference calls, training sessions, and cross-functional discussions.
- Review clinical study protocols and project requirements to support study readiness and compliance.
- Coordinate with cross-functional departments to ensure project deliverables are completed within agreed timelines.
- Track project activities, milestones, risks, issues, and operational requirements.
- Communicate project progress and study requirements to project leadership and other stakeholders.
- Support project finance activities, including scope-change documentation, invoice reconciliation follow-up, and forecasting reports.
- Monitor internal workflows and clinical data-flow processes.
- Respond professionally and promptly to sponsor, client, site, and stakeholder queries.
- Provide project status updates to clients, sponsors, clinical sites, and internal teams.
- Verify protocol-specific medical imaging requirements.
- Identify and escalate discrepancies, study queries, and operational issues when required.
- Maintain issue trackers and support resolution of client concerns.
- Coordinate distribution and tracking of site-facing study materials and project logistics.
- Act as Project Manager when the assigned Clinical Project Manager is unavailable, when required.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives designed to improve study delivery and operational efficiency.
- Ensure activities comply with Good Clinical Practice (GCP), ICH guidelines, FDA regulations, company procedures, and study-specific requirements.
Qualifications & Eligibility
