Roles & Responsibilities
ADL
- Perform analytical method development and optimization using HPLC and LCMS.
- Execute analytical method validation as per ICH and regulatory guidelines.
- Prepare specifications and Methods of Analysis (MOA).
- Perform GLP-related activities including instrument calibration and qualification.
- Maintain analytical protocols, reports and documentation.
Technical Services Department (TSD) โ R&D
- Support process development, scale-up and technology transfer activities.
- Troubleshoot manufacturing process issues.
- Improve process optimization and yield.
- Participate in process validation activities.
- Coordinate with Production, QA, QC, Engineering and R&D teams.
Environment, Health & Safety (EHS)
- Ensure compliance with EHS regulations and company policies.
- Conduct workplace inspections and safety audits.
- Monitor hazardous waste management and pollution control systems.
- Investigate incidents and recommend CAPA.
- Ensure compliance with cGMP and statutory safety requirements.
