Selection Process:

Walk-in Drive Requirements:
- 2 Copies of resume
- 2 Passport-size photographs
- Government Issued ID proofs (Aadhar & PAN Card)
- Note: Pan card is mandatory for attending the interview
Job Responsibilities:
- Watch and analyze video footage of stowing actions at fulfillment centers
- Use human judgment combined with tools to annotate activities captured in videos
- Verify or mark product locations with high accuracy to maintain stow quality
- Perform precise and thorough video/image annotations

Work Environment:
- 24×7 operations with rotational shifts
- 9-hour shifts including breaks, subject to quarterly change or business requirements
- Night shift allowance provided as per Amazon’s work policy
- 5-day work week with 2 consecutive days off (not necessarily weekends)
Team Overview:
GO-AI supports Amazon Fulfillment facilities by enabling hands-free stowing through visual annotations on short videos (15-20 seconds). Annotated videos enhance the effectiveness of automated processes and help maintain stow quality.
Basic Qualifications:
- Graduation in any stream (Post Graduates not eligible)
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- 0-24 months of experience with good logical reasoning skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Non-engineering academic background
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent listening and data accuracy skills
- Eye for detail
- Understanding of the Internet and ability to use/setup basic tools/applications
