Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

• Create, review and approve product master data change requests.
• Maintain accurate product information, classifications and taxonomy.
• Manage product master data for new launches and M&A activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams supporting web presence and eCommerce.
• Create dashboards, reports and KPIs within Product Information Management systems.
• Ensure high-quality product data through governance, cleansing and validation.
• Maintain metadata, product hierarchies and attribute normalization.
• Support workflow improvements and automation initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with SOX and audit requirements.
• Participate in continuous process improvement initiatives.
• Work as a data steward to ensure enterprise-wide data quality.
• Support business users by maintaining accurate master product records.

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants should possess:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Marketing or a related discipline.
• 3–5 years of experience in Product Information Management (PIM), Digital Asset Management (DAM), Master Data Management (MDM), Data Governance or Data Stewardship.
• Experience working with enterprise product data, metadata, taxonomies and classifications.
• Hands-on experience with platforms such as:
  • Stibo Systems
  • Acquia DAM (Widen)
  • Informatica
  • Reltio
  • Salsify
  • Similar enterprise PIM/MDM platforms
• Good understanding of Data Governance and Data Quality Management.
• Experience with BI tools such as Tableau or Qlik is preferred.
• Strong Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook skills.
• Excellent analytical, communication and problem-solving abilities.

Salary Estimate
