Key Responsibilities
As an HCC Medical Coding Associate, you will:
- Review patient medical records accurately.
- Assign appropriate HCC medical codes based on clinical documentation.
- Understand disease conditions and medical terminology.
- Maintain coding quality and productivity standards.
- Follow healthcare coding guidelines and company SOPs.
- Ensure accurate documentation for reimbursement and compliance.
- Participate in company-provided coding training programs.
