- Managing the Affiliate Mailbox according to established procedures.
- Performing reconciliation of safety reports.
- Conducting written follow-up attempts for serious and non-serious cases.

- Processing Individual Case Safety Reports (ICSRs).
- Managing case processing activities in the safety database.

- Working closely with team members and the direct supervisor.
