Labcorp, a leading global life sciences company, is hiring a Nonclinical Data Associate I for its Bangalore location. This is an entry-level position in the global data management solutions group, where you will learn to draft and finalize nonclinical datasets under supervision.
Key Responsibilities
General Duties
- Learn appropriate levels and methods of direct client interaction.
- Assist in preparing form letters and communication text.
- Shadow experienced data associates and participate in client meetings.
- Gain proficiency in software tools (word processing, spreadsheets, dataset generation, etc.).
Dataset Preparation (85%)
- Review study documents (protocols, reports) to gather dataset preparation details.
- Generate and quality-check (QC) dataset files to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Address client inquiries regarding dataset content.
Additional Tasks (10%)
- Assist in compiling metadata for nonclinical safety assessment databases.
- Participate in software testing and validation activities (executing test scripts, maintaining documentation).
Other Duties (5%)
- Support company/industry initiatives related to dataset specifications.
Experience & Qualifications
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in data management or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow regulatory guidelines.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and data management tools.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
