Requirement for Injectable Manufacturing / Production Department

• Designation Options: Operator, Officer, Sr. Officer, Executive, Sr. Executive
• Department: Sterile Manufacturing (Production & Packing)
• Qualifications: ITI, Diploma, B.Sc., M.Sc., B.Pharm, M.Pharm
• Total Experience Required: 1 to 6 years (Pharma experience only)

Key Responsibilities

• Operations: Aseptic and Controlled area operations (Filling, Sealing, Filtration, Autoclave, Batch Manufacturing, Terminal Sterilization, Tunnel Operations, QMS Activities, Packing, Visual Inspection Testing/VIT)
• Production Lines: Ophthalmic, PFS, Cartridges, Lyophilizer, Vial, Bag Line, Robotic Line (Vial), Emulsion Line
• Machine Exposure: Sterile eye drop filling machine (Groninger / Optima), Dyno Truking filling and sealing machine, Bosch filling machine, Steam sterilizer (Fedegari)

Desired Candidate Profile

• Background: Must be from a parenteral background with exposure to aseptic vial/bottle filling processes.
• Quality Focus: Responsible for achieving quality objectives and adhering to applicable quality procedures.
• Technical Knowledge: Sound knowledge of aseptic and controlled area activities, filling, and autoclave machines.
• Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with regulatory guidelines and experience with USFDA audits.
• Documentation: Knowledge of change control, deviation, CAPA, and documentation in the manufacturing area of injectables.
• Batch Preparation: Expertise in batch manufacturing and preparation activities.

Additional Qualifications

• Skills: Good communication and interpersonal skills, computer proficiency, and understanding of cGMP and regulatory requirements.
• Experience: Relevant experience in USFDA regulatory-approved pharmaceuticals (preferred 21 CFR compliant organizations) is a plus.
