Open Positions: Production Department
We are currently recruiting for the following position:
- Designation: Executive/Chemist in API Intermediate Production
- Experience: 1 to 6 years of experience in API Intermediate production is required. Candidates with more experience are also encouraged to apply.
- Qualifications: B.Sc., M.Sc., Diploma, or B.Tech in Chemical Engineering or a related field.
Essential Technical Skills & Experience
Successful candidates will possess a strong foundation in the following areas:
- Hands-on Experience with Production Equipment: Demonstrated proficiency in operating and maintaining various production equipment, including but not limited to: GLRs (Glass Lined Reactors), Reactors, Nutch Filters, and Centrifuges. Experience with troubleshooting and maintenance is highly valued.
- Regulatory Knowledge: A thorough understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Distribution Practices (GDP) is essential. Experience working within a regulated environment is a significant plus.
- Batch Record Management: Experience with Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) and Batch Production Records (BPR) is crucial for this role. Accuracy and attention to detail are paramount.
- Shift Work: This position requires a willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays, to support continuous production operations.
