Job Responsibilities
As a Regulatory Affairs Assistant, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth regulatory processes by managing a variety of tasks:
- Providing administrative support to regulatory staff for document filing and tracking.
- Responding to regulatory staff requests for administrative tasks and support.
- Setting up and maintaining files, preparing reports, and taking minutes during team meetings.
- Updating regulatory systems with health authority submission data.
- Generating status reports for regulatory applications.
- Coordinating with internal teams to ensure the regulatory database is up-to-date.
- Supporting the global regulatory submissions process.
Qualifications and Skills
To succeed in this role, you should meet the following criteria:
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field.
- Experience: Prior experience in regulatory affairs is preferred.
- Knowledge: Basic understanding of regulatory guidelines and submission processes.
- Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.
