Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Analyze digital health data from wearable health monitoring devices such as heart rate monitors and continuous glucose monitors (CGM).
- Perform data imputation, identify data patterns, and predict health or disease status or adverse events.
- Apply machine learning methods to derive meaningful insights from wearable health device data.
- Conduct reproducible data analysis using workflow management systems.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Postgraduate degree in bioinformatics.
- Strong understanding of digital health data analysis.
- Proficiency in Linux environment and significant experience with R and Python.
- Experience with data analysis on local systems, high performance clusters, and cloud environments.
