Job Description
As a Study Grant Analyst II, you will:
- Prepare accurate and competitive clinical study grants (Phases I-IV) using GrantPlan or similar tools.
- Develop clinical site budgets for pre-award proposals and post-award agreements (CSAs).
- Act as an Account Level Grants Analyst Lead for Enterprise & Biotech Accounts, managing multiple grants.
- Ensure compliance with ICH-GCP, regulatory requirements, and Parexel SOPs.
- Mentor junior analysts (Study Grant Analyst I) and contribute to process improvements.
Key Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in clinical site budget development (using GrantPlan/Grant Manager).
- B.pharm, Master’s Degree (M.Sc, MBA, M.Pharma, Pharm.D) in Clinical Research, Pharmacology, or Healthcare Administration
- Experience with industry benchmarking tools for fair market value (FMV) assessments.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Knowledge of ICH-GCP, regulatory guidelines, and clinical trial processes.
