๐ Key Responsibilities
As an IPR / Patent Associate at Cadila, you will:
- Conduct Freedom-to-Operate (FTO) analyses for formulation products
- Assist in designing IP strategies to protect new pharmaceutical inventions
- Support patent filing, prosecution, and drafting responses to office actions
- Manage the companyโs patent portfolio, including docketing and annuities
- Evaluate patentability, novelty, and competitive risk for new product ideas
- Collaborate with R&D, regulatory, legal, and business teams
- Learn and work with patent databases, prior-art tools, and IP landscape reports

- M.Pharm (mandatory)
- 0โ1 year experience (freshers, academic exposure, or internships welcome)
- Strong scientific understanding and analytical thinking
- Good communication and documentation skills
- Eagerness to learn about patent databases, IP tools, and search strategies
