Role Summary
This role is part of Colgateโs Global Product Safety team, supporting toxicologists in the US. The Associate Scientist will review formulas, perform safety clearances, support safety reports, and conduct toxicological literature searches.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform safety clearance reviews for new and experimental product formulas
- Support toxicologists with Product Safety Reports
- Conduct toxicology database searches and literature reviews
- Maintain compliance values in PDM
- Work overlapping hours with the US team
Required Qualifications
- Masterโs degree in Toxicology / Pharmacology / related field
- 1+ year industry experience (consumer products, pharma, medical device, food, etc.)
- Strong communication and documentation skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience with toxicology databases
- Strong relationship-building and execution skills
2. Associate Scientist โ Analytical Science (Onsite)
Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra

Role Summary
This role focuses on analytical method development, validation, stability testing, and instrument handling (HPLC/GC) in a cGMP environment at Colgateโs IGTech Center.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform and report analytical testing for oral care products
- Develop, validate, and troubleshoot analytical methods
- Conduct stability testing per global guidelines
- Maintain instruments and ensure compliance with cGMP and ALCOA+
- Collaborate with global R&D teams
Required Qualifications
- M.Sc in Analytical Science / Organic Chemistry OR M.Pharm
- 2โ3 years experience, with 1+ years hands-on HPLC/GC
- Strong knowledge of ICH/WHO/FDA guidelines, ALCOA+
- Experience in method validation and forced degradation studies
Preferred Skills
- Experience with OpenLab, eLN, LIMS
- Ability to independently manage projects
- Strong problem-solving and presentation skills
