Key Responsibilities
As a Pharmacovigilance Trainer at Vizen Life Sciences, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the skills and knowledge of pharmacovigilance professionals. Your responsibilities will include:
- Training Delivery: Conduct client-specific training and internal SOP training for new joiners.
- Subject Matter Expertise: Serve as an SME for ICSR case processing, providing mentorship and guidance to trainees.
- Performance Monitoring: Assess and enhance the performance and quality of work of trainees.
- Compliance Assurance: Ensure adherence to GVP guidelines and regulatory requirements in post-marketing case processing.
- Training Development: Create and deliver impactful presentations and training sessions to improve team efficiency and knowledge.
Must-Have Skills
To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills and expertise:
- ICSR Process Knowledge: Strong understanding of Individual Case Safety Report (ICSR) processes.
- Safety Database Expertise: Hands-on experience with safety databases like Argus and Clinovo.
- Training Skills: Proven experience as a trainer or SME in pharmacovigilance.
- Communication Skills: Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
- Regulatory Knowledge: In-depth understanding of GVP modules and global pharmacovigilance regulations.
Qualifications and Experience
- Educational Background: B.Pharm, Pharm.D, or M.Pharmacy.
- Experience: 4–8 years of overall pharmacovigilance experience, with at least 1–3 years in a training or SME role.
- Therapeutic Areas: Exposure to various therapeutic areas, particularly pharmaceutical drugs.
