Open Positions:
- Shift In-Charge – Softgel
- Officer – Softgel
- Operator – Softgel
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage Softgel production processes (Shift In-Charge).
- Ensure adherence to GMP, SOPs, and safety protocols.
- Operate and maintain Softgel machinery (Encapsulation, Gelatin, Drying, Inspection).
- Monitor quality control and troubleshoot production issues.

3. Eligibility Criteria
For Shift In-Charge & Officer Roles:
- Education: B.Pharm / M.Pharm / B.Sc / M.Sc or equivalent.
- Experience: 2–8 years in Softgel manufacturing.
- Skills: GMP knowledge, equipment handling, shift management.
For Operator Roles:
- Education: ITI / Diploma in relevant fields.
- Experience: 1–5 years in Softgel capsule production.
- Skills: Hands-on experience with Softgel machines (Encapsulation, Gelatin, Drying, etc.).
