Job Responsibilities

Quality Assurance (QA) & Quality Control (QC) – Executive

• Conduct HPLC, GC, and wet analysis to ensure product quality and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Perform QMS activities, including documentation, review, and validation processes.
• Support validation and qualification tasks to maintain high-quality API production.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to USFDA and other regulatory guidelines.
• Review analytical data and ensure compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Technical Services – Senior Manager / AGM

• Oversee technology transfer and scale-up processes for API manufacturing.
• Lead project management and strategic planning for technical operations.
• Coordinate with vendors and stakeholders for seamless project execution.
• Drive operational excellence through process optimization and risk management.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.

Qualifications

QA & QC Executive

• Education: M.Sc. in Organic or Analytical Chemistry.
• Experience: 4–7 years in HPLC, GC, wet analysis, QMS, review, and validation within an API manufacturing environment.
• Skills: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of USFDA regulations.
• Preference: Immediate joiners with API background.

Technical Services Senior Manager / AGM

• Education: B.Tech, M.Tech, or equivalent in Chemical Engineering or related field.
• Experience: 13+ years in technology transfer, scale-up, project management, strategic planning, and vendor coordination.
• Skills: Leadership, problem-solving, and expertise in technical operations oversight.
• Preference: Candidates with proven experience in API manufacturing and immediate availability.
