As a TMF Analyst / Sr TMF Analyst / Assoc TMF Manager, you will act as a liaison between records management teams and clinical project stakeholders. You will ensure accurate TMF documentation, regulatory compliance, and adherence to SOPs and ICH-GCP guidelines.

- Manage Trial Master File (TMF) documentation across multiple clinical projects
- Ensure compliance with ICH-GCP, SOPs, and regulatory requirements
- Handle document scanning, indexing, and archival processes
- Coordinate record retrieval, transfer, and storage activities
- Monitor TMF quality, completeness, and inspection readiness
- Support clinical teams with document access and filing accuracy
- Train team members on records management systems and processes
- Act as primary contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Oversee records retention, disposal, and storage optimization
- Contribute to project planning, resource allocation, and timelines
