Associate Analyst Job Responsibilities

The selected candidate will:

  • Conduct secondary research on clinical guidelines, epidemiology, treatment pathways, and reimbursement status.
  • Perform systematic literature searches using PubMed, Medline, EMBASE, and Google Scholar.
  • Review scientific publications and perform quality assessment.
  • Extract clinical and epidemiological data from published literature.
  • Conduct feasibility assessments for meta-analysis.
  • Perform statistical analysis and meta-analysis where applicable.
  • Generate plots and evidence summaries (preferred skill).
  • Support development of global and regional value dossiers.
  • Review existing value dossiers and prepare draft value frameworks.
  • Analyze primary and secondary research findings.
  • Support qualitative research including focus groups and in-depth interviews (IDIs).
  • Assist in developing evidence-based value propositions for pharmaceutical products.

Required Qualifications

Applicants should have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Economics, HEOR, or related disciplines.
  • 1โ€“4 years of experience in research, consulting, medical writing, or evidence generation.
  • Strong knowledge of systematic literature review (SLR) methodologies.
  • Experience using PubMed, EMBASE, Medline, and Google Scholar.
  • Understanding of clinical research design and clinical trial methodology.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel.
  • Strong analytical and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects under deadlines.
