Position
The role involves preparing scientific manuscripts, developing product monographs and clinical presentations, conducting literature searches, and providing medical and scientific support to doctors, Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), and medical representatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review articles and manuscripts for scientific journals.
- Create medical content for product monographs and product launch inputs.
- Develop PowerPoint presentations on topics requested by KOLs, practising doctors, and other external customers.
- Conduct literature searches covering company brands, products, and therapeutic areas.
- Review promotional materials and provide supporting references.
- Train sales teams and Medical Representatives on assigned topics.
- Provide scientific support to KOLs, doctors, and other external customers.
- Travel to meet doctors and attend Continuing Medical Education (CME) programmes and conferences on behalf of the company.
- Support ongoing clinical trials as required.
Eligibility and Qualifications
Candidates should meet the following requirements:
- B.Pharm or M.Pharm degree from a reputed university.
- Minimum 80% aggregate marks in Class 10 and Class 12.
- 1 – 5 years of experience in a reputed pharmaceutical company, medical or publishing house, or a KPO serving pharmaceutical companies.
Required Skills
- Medical writing and scientific manuscript preparation.
- Proficiency in English and Hindi.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Word and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with standard databases and software.
- Good interpersonal skills and a team-oriented approach.
- Basic knowledge of clinical trial designs through execution, under guidance.
- Basic AI knowledge and the ability to use AI tools in day-to-day work.
