Key Responsibilities:
1. Study Start-Up
- Conduct site feasibility assessments and site evaluations/selection
- Manage investigator financial agreements & study contract execution
- Prepare Ethics Committee (EC) submission packages
2. Site Management & Clinical Study Monitoring
- Oversee site initiation and liaison activities
- Conduct site staff training & re-training
- Monitor patient recruitment & retention strategies
- Troubleshoot site recruitment issues
- Perform source data verification (SDV) to ensure data quality
- Support site audits & close-out activities
3. Management of Clinical Trial Supplies
- Ensure timely availability and tracking of trial supplies
4. Vendor Management
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure smooth trial operations
5. Project Management
- Track study timelines & budget compliance
- Process site & vendor invoice payments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Educational Qualification: M.Sc / M.Pharma in a relevant field
- Experience: 2-7 years as a Clinical Research Associate (CRA)
- Strong understanding of ICH-GCP guidelines
- Excellent communication & organizational skills
