This role involves ensuring compliance with global regulatory standards and managing customer inquiries related to chemical product compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage customer inquiries related to chemical compliance.
- Review chemical product compliance against pre-set regulatory criteria.
- Manage customer End Use Declarations and regulated orders.
- Update and manage ERP systems and regulatory data.
- Ensure compliance with EU REACH regulation, GHS, OSHA, and other compliance processes.
- Coordinate REACH registration and Poison Center Notification (PCN) documentation.
- Collaborate with customer service teams to ensure regulatory adherence.
- Work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring effective communication and compliance management.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Master’s degree in Natural Science or Chemistry, or equivalent experience in a scientific environment.
- 4-6 years of experience in Regulatory Affairs.
- Certification in Regulatory Affairs is an added advantage.
- Strong knowledge of EU REACH regulations, GHS, OSHA, and compliance processes.
- Proficiency in regulatory submission software and data management systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
