Key Responsibilities
As a Project Support Coordinator at Thermo Fisher Scientific, you will:
- Coordinate and complete assigned clinical trial activities.
- Perform department, country, and investigator file reviews and document findings.
- Follow up on observations and ensure timely resolution.
- Monitor allocated tasks and identify workload variances.
- Support study documentation and maintain project trackers.
- Manage access requests for systems including CTMS, Oracle Activate, and eTMF.
- Maintain audit readiness and identify study non-compliance issues.
- Process study documents and conduct eTMF reviews.
- Coordinate mass communications and provide reports to project teams.
- Schedule client and internal meetings and prepare meeting minutes.
- Generate and reconcile study metrics reports.
- Maintain vendor trackers and ensure data accuracy.
- Support Investigator Site File (ISF) and pharmacy binder compilation.
- Participate in project launch and study start-up meetings.
Required Qualifications
