Position: Chemical Researcher I
Key Responsibilities
- Literature Review: Conduct research on specific steps or molecules.
- Patent and Data Collection: Gather patents and research papers from the literature.
- Material Sourcing: Organize and procure raw materials and chemicals from vendors or plants.
- Technology Development:
- Develop cost-effective, eco-friendly, and commercially viable technologies at bench scale.
- Coordinate with analytical teams for support.
- Upscale developed technology to Kilo Lab, Pilot, or Plant Scale while addressing scaling challenges.
- Documentation: Prepare reports, including safety reports.
- Continuous Learning: Enhance skills by attending seminars and reading relevant materials.
- Team Collaboration: Contribute novel ideas during technical discussions.
- Compliance and Safety: Ensure adherence to EHS and organizational standards.
Qualifications
- Education: M.Sc. or Ph.D. in Chemistry.
- Experience: 2 to 4 years of relevant experience.
