- Venue: TCS, A Wing 1st Floor, TRIL, Infinity IT Park, General A. K. Vaidya Marg, Malad East, Mumbai – 400097
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle daily customer interactions
- Provide excellent communication and service to customers
- Be flexible to work in any shifts, including night shifts
Eligibility Criteria:
- Full-time graduate from BCom, BA, BAF, BBI, BBA, BBM, BMS, BSc (Maths, Physics, Chemistry, Botany, Zoology)
- Excellent communication skills
- No backlogs/ATKT at the time of the interview
- Course completed within stipulated duration without any backlogs
- Overall academic gap should not exceed 24 months
- Candidates pursuing or completed PG are not eligible
