Key Responsibilities
Candidates selected for the Safety & PV Intern/Trainee role will work closely with pharmacovigilance and clinical safety teams. Major responsibilities include:
- Monitoring and routing incoming pharmacovigilance information
- Recording and tracking ICSR documentation
- Assisting in case processing and safety database management
- Supporting MedDRA coding and drug dictionary maintenance
- Assisting in narrative writing and expedited safety reporting
- Managing query follow-up and submission activities
- Performing literature screening and safety review
- Supporting duplicate ICSR management and validation activities
- Ensuring compliance with ICH-GCP, GVP modules, and SOPs
- Maintaining Trial Master File (TMF) documentation
- Participating in audits and safety reconciliation workflows

Educational Qualification
