Responsibilities in the Job:
- Quality Control Analyst:
- Perform analysis of raw materials, finished products, intermediates, and stability samples.
- Operate and maintain laboratory instrumentation for testing and sampling.
- Conduct quality checks in compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Microbiology Analyst:
- Handle microbiological testing including sterility, MLT (Microbial Limit Test), BET (Bacterial Endotoxin Test), and water analysis.
- Participate in media preparation and media fill activities.
- Ensure compliance with GMP standards and assist in regulatory audits.
- Quality Assurance Officer/Senior Officer:
- Manage quality assurance processes including monitoring and ensuring compliance with SOPs.
- Conduct EM (Environmental Monitoring) activities and handle media fill activities.
- Ensure the proper implementation of sterilization techniques and testing procedures.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Required Qualifications:
- Quality Control Analyst: B. Pharm/M.Sc. in Chemistry/Biotechnology.
- Microbiology Analyst: M.Sc. in Microbiology.
- Quality Assurance Officer/Senior Officer: M.Sc. in Chemistry/Biotechnology/Microbiology.
- Experience Required:
- 1 to 5 years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Experience in analytical testing, stability studies, and microbiological testing such as sterility and water analysis.
- For QA roles, experience in media fill activities, EM monitoring, and sterility testing is essential.
Skills:
- Knowledge of raw material testing, stability testing, and instrumentation.
- Expertise in microbiological testing including BET, MLT, and water analysis.
- Understanding of media preparation and regulatory compliance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and adherence to quality standards.
