Strides is conducting a walk-in recruitment drive at Bengaluru for experienced pharma professionals across Quality Control, Maintenance Engineering, Packaging Development and Quality Assurance roles in OSD operations. The openings are suitable for candidates with relevant experience in the pharmaceutical industry and qualifications in pharmacy, science, packaging technology or engineering as specified for each role.

The walk-in is scheduled for Sunday, 20th September 2026, with interviews from 10:00 AM to 03:00 PM. Candidates should review the role-wise eligibility and responsibilities below before attending.

1. Executive / Senior Executive – Quality Control (OSD)

Job Overview

This Quality Control role is for candidates experienced in OSD dosage forms such as tablets and capsules. The work location mentioned for this role is Bengaluru/Pondicherry.

Responsibilities

• Handle QC activities for OSD products including FP, RM, stability and packaging material analysis.
• Perform analytical testing using HPLC and GC.
• Work on analytical method transfer, analytical method validation and packaging material testing.
• Maintain required documentation and support compliance requirements.

Qualifications

• B.Pharm/M.Pharm/M.Sc.

Key Skills and Experience Required

• 2-8 years in Pharma Industry.
• Strong hands-on expertise in HPLC and GC.
• Knowledge of QMS, GLP, laboratory practices, documentation and compliance requirements.

2. Executive – Maintenance Engineering (OSD)

Job Overview

This Maintenance Engineering role is focused on preventive and breakdown maintenance of production and packing equipment used in OSD operations. The work location mentioned for this role is Bengaluru/Pondicherry.

Responsibilities

• Conduct preventive and breakdown maintenance of production equipment including Rapid mixture grinders (RMG), Fluid bed driers (FBD), Compression machines, Coating machines, Blenders and Capsule Filling machines.
• Conduct preventive and breakdown maintenance of packing equipment including Blister packing, Bulk counting lines, Sachet filling lines, Serialization equipment and inspection systems.

Qualifications

• Diploma/B.Tech (Mechanical/Electrical/Instrumentation).

Key Skills and Experience Required

• 2-5 years in Pharma.
• Experience in OSD production and packing equipment maintenance.

3. Executive / Senior Executive – Packaging Development

Job Overview

The Packaging Development role is for candidates with experience in packaging technology and pharma product lifecycle support. The work location mentioned for this role is Bengaluru.

Responsibilities

• Establish and implement an integrated packaging development strategy for regulatory markets.
• Partner closely with Formulation Development and Manufacturing teams.
• Oversee end-to-end product lifecycle initiatives including new launches, commercialization, site variations, cost optimization and automation.
• Drive technology transfer and operational readiness by establishing Master Packaging Records, artwork, material specifications and equipment change parts.

Qualifications

• Graduation/Diploma in Packaging Technology.

4. Executive – Quality Assurance (OSD)

Job Overview

This Quality Assurance role is for experienced pharma professionals in OSD operations. The position includes IPQA and AQA responsibilities. The work location mentioned for this role is Pondicherry.

Responsibilities

• Perform all in-process checks and ensure line clearance at every stage of manufacturing.
• Carry out sampling activity during different stages of production.
• Review audit trail of QC chromatography and non-chromatography instruments including IR, UV, SOR, HPLC and GC in line with 21CFR part 11.
• Support analytical method validation and verification study.
• Handle assay review, related substance, residual solvents and dissolution related activities.

Qualifications

• B.Pharm/M.Pharm.
