Roles and Responsibilities
Depending on the position, selected candidates will be responsible for:
- Ensuring compliance with pharmaceutical quality standards (QA/IPQA roles)
- Managing production and engineering processes efficiently
- Handling HR operations, recruitment, and administrative activities
- Driving international and domestic business development strategies
- Managing IT systems, infrastructure, and troubleshooting
- Overseeing contract manufacturing operations and vendor coordination
Required Qualifications
- B.Pharm, M.Pharm, B.E, or relevant degree depending on role
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical (OSD) processes
- Relevant industry experience as per position requirements
- Good communication and teamwork skills
