Roles and Responsibilities
Production
- Execute manufacturing activities in OSD production areas.
- Maintain batch manufacturing records.
- Monitor manufacturing processes and equipment.
- Ensure GMP compliance.
- Coordinate production schedules and shift operations.
Quality Assurance & IPQA
- Review SOPs, protocols, and validation reports.
- Manage deviations and CAPA activities.
- Conduct in-process quality checks.
- Ensure audit readiness and GMP compliance.
Quality Control & ADL
- Perform analytical testing and method validation.
- Operate laboratory instruments as per SOPs.
- Prepare laboratory documentation and reports.
- Support stability studies and development projects.
Engineering
- Manage preventive and breakdown maintenance.
- Support HVAC, electrical, and mechanical systems.
- Maintain engineering documentation and QMS records.
- Ensure compliance of utilities and equipment.
Microbiology
- Conduct microbiological testing.
- Perform environmental monitoring.
- Handle water testing and microbial analysis.
