Analytical Development Lab (ADL)

Job Locations

Roles & Responsibilities

Quality Assurance (QA)

  • Ensure compliance with cGMP and regulatory standards
  • Handle documentation, validation, and audit readiness
  • Monitor production processes and quality systems

Quality Control (QC)

  • Perform testing of raw materials and finished products
  • Maintain laboratory documentation and compliance with GLP
  • Support stability studies and analytical activities

Formulation & Development (F&D)

  • Develop and optimize pharmaceutical formulations
  • Conduct trials and scale-up processes
  • Collaborate with production and QA teams

Analytical Development Lab (ADL)

  • Develop analytical methods and validation protocols
  • Perform method transfer and stability analysis
  • Maintain laboratory instruments and data integrity

Required Qualifications

  • B. Pharma / M. Pharma for QA and R&D roles
  • M.Sc. for QC roles
  • 1 to 5 years of relevant pharma manufacturing experience (OSD is mandatory)
  • Exposure to regulated plants, audits, and documentation is preferred

Key Skills Required

  • Strong knowledge of cGMP and GLP practices
  • Experience in regulatory compliance and audits
  • Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
