1. Operators (Technician – Sr. Associate) – Multiple Openings
This role involves operating and maintaining various pharmaceutical machinery within a GMP/cGMP compliant environment. Successful candidates will be responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient production processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operating and cleaning machines including Granulation, Compression, Capsule Filling, and Packing equipment.
- Hands-on experience with RMG, FBD, BQS, Hi Cart, Auto Coater, Sejong, and AWC equipment.
- Working in shifts and adhering to strict GMP/cGMP guidelines.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal English).
Qualifications:
- SSC / ITI / Intermediate / B.Sc.
- 2-7 years of experience in machine operation within a pharmaceutical setting.
- Preference given to male candidates.
2. Staff (Chemist to Executive) – Multiple Openings
This position requires a strong understanding of pharmaceutical chemistry and manufacturing processes. Candidates will be responsible for overseeing machine operation, managing personnel, and generating reports.
Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing machine operations across all formulation stages.
- Managing manpower and shifts, and generating accurate production reports.
- Proficient in BMR (Batch Manufacturing Record) documentation and audit preparation.
- Strict adherence to GMP/cGMP guidelines.
Qualifications:
- M.Sc / B.Pharm / M.Pharm.
- Experience in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment is essential.
3. Production Documentation (Chemist – Executive) – Multiple Openings
This role focuses on maintaining accurate and compliant production documentation. Candidates must possess strong organizational and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing key documentation including SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), change controls, and equipment validation records.
- Handling audits, maintaining BMR records, and training team members on SOPs.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills are essential.
- Prior audit experience is mandatory.
Qualifications:
- M.Sc / B.Pharm / M.Pharm.
- Proven experience in pharmaceutical documentation and audit management.
4. PPIC (Planning, Procurement, Inventory Control) (Executive – Sr. Executive) – Multiple Openings
This position is responsible for overseeing production planning, material procurement, and inventory management. Experience with third-party manufacturing is highly advantageous.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing production planning, material indenting, and batch execution.
- Coordinating with various departments including Supply Chain Management (SCM), Quality Assurance (QA), Quality Control (QC), Research & Development (R&D), and Warehousing.
- Generating Management Information Systems (MIS) reports, managing inventory, and tracking production targets.
- Experience in third-party or contract manufacturing is preferred.
Qualifications:
- M.Sc / B.Pharm / M.Pharm.
- Significant experience in production planning and inventory control within the pharmaceutical industry.
