Roles & Responsibilities
The Quality Control Executive will be responsible for maintaining product quality and supporting laboratory and manufacturing quality systems.
- Test and approve raw materials, in-process batches and finished products.
- Perform testing of all required quality parameters as per approved specifications.
- Monitor production batches and ensure compliance with established quality requirements.
- Prepare and maintain QC documentation, test reports, COAs and batch release records.
- Investigate quality deviations and support root-cause analysis.
- Maintain laboratory equipment, chemicals and reagents.
- Maintain equipment calibration and related laboratory records.
- Coordinate with Production and R&D teams for troubleshooting and quality improvement.
- Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to laboratory procedures.
Required Qualifications
Candidates should have:
- B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Chemistry
- Industrial Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry or a related discipline may also be considered.
- 1–5 years of relevant QC experience.
- Hands-on experience in QC laboratory testing.
- Understanding of home care or detergent product chemistry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good documentation and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively with Production and R&D teams.
Skills Preferred for QC Executive
