Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Curate and annotate biological datasets from transcriptomics, proteomics, and single-cell omics technologies.
• Standardize biological data using established ontologies.
• Collaborate with bioinformaticians and AI/ML engineers to ensure high-quality data integration.
• Perform NGS data analysis using in-house pipelines and assist in pipeline maintenance.
• Learn and apply machine learning/AI techniques in ongoing research projects.
• Maintain consistency and accuracy across multiple biological data sources.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Degree in Life Sciences, Bioinformatics, Biotechnology, or related fields.
• Strong foundation in bioinformatics tools and biological databases.
• Basic knowledge of omics data storage, processing, and management.
• Proficiency in Python or R (preferred but not mandatory).
• Experience in data analysis and visualization is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to quickly learn new bioinformatics tools and computational methods.
