Case Processing Executive – Fresher
The position focuses on coordinating medical record requests, following up on pending reports, and communicating with healthcare facilities, insurance companies, and law firms.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Coordinate with medical facilities to obtain patient medical reports after discharge.
- Follow up with hospitals, doctors, clinics, and other medical facilities for pending reports.
- Ensure reports are received within client-specified turnaround times.
- Communicate effectively with insurance companies, law firms, and medical facilities.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and provide timely updates on case status.
Eligibility and Qualifications
- Graduates and undergraduates can apply.
- Freshers are eligible.
- Candidates must have excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Applicants must be comfortable working fixed US/night shifts.
- Strong communication and follow-up skills are essential.
Important: This is a voice process position. Candidates with experience in back-office, B2B lead generation, RPO, or Business Development will not be considered.
Salary and Benefits
- Monthly CTC: Up to ₹25,000.
- Monthly incentives: Up to ₹7,000 gross.
