- Site Payment Specialist – Investigator Grants & Clinical Payments
The position is an individual-contributor role focused on accurate, timely, and compliant investigator and clinical trial site payments.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage investigator grant and site payment activities for assigned clinical studies.
- Validate visit, milestone, subject, and pass-through expense data used to trigger payments.
- Maintain payment trackers and ensure accurate payment records.
- Coordinate with Clinical Operations, Data Integration, Site Contract, and Finance teams.
- Reconcile payment records against approved budgets, invoices, and payment confirmations.
- Resolve investigator site queries and payment discrepancies within defined service-level agreements.
- Ensure compliance with executed Clinical Trial Agreements, approved site budgets, and applicable controls.
- Maintain audit-ready documentation, payment calculations, approvals, and supporting evidence.
- Support audits, inspections, sponsor reviews, and internal quality reviews.
- Participate in process transitions, parallel runs, system changes, and process improvement activities.
Eligibility and Qualifications
