Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will:
- Manage Product Technical Complaints (PTC) and Field Alerts from receipt to closure.
- Handle complaints related to pharmaceutical products, biologics, medical devices, and combination products.
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures and global regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with Pharmacovigilance, Manufacturing, Regulatory Affairs, Medical Information, Legal, and Commercial teams.
- Conduct complaint assessments and maintain complaint databases.
- Perform batch genealogy and recurrence checks for complaints.
- Coordinate complaint investigations with Contract Manufacturing Organizations (CMOs).
- Review investigation reports, root cause analyses, and CAPA documentation.
- Handle Quality Management System (QMS) records and ensure data privacy compliance.
- Monitor complaint management KPIs and support continuous process improvements.
Eligibility Criteria
