Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Operating, calibrating, and performing routine maintenance of ICP-MS instruments.
- Conducting elemental impurity analysis for raw materials, finished products, stability samples, water samples, and cleaning validation samples.
- Performing sample preparation using microwave digestion and approved laboratory techniques.
- Executing analytical methods according to USP, ICH Q3D, EP, and internal specifications.
- Reviewing and interpreting analytical data and preparing technical reports.
- Investigating and documenting OOS, OOT, and laboratory deviations.
- Preparing and maintaining analytical records, logbooks, and instrument documentation.
- Participating in method validation, verification, transfer, and qualification activities.
- Ensuring compliance with cGMP, GLP, Data Integrity, and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinating with QA, Production, and R&D departments whenever required.
Required Qualifications
Eligible candidates should possess any of the following qualifications:
- M.Sc. (Chemistry)
- B.Sc. (Chemistry)
- M.Pharm
- B.Pharm
Experience Required
- 2–6 years of relevant pharmaceutical Quality Control experience.
- Hands-on experience with ICP-MS instrumentation is mandatory.
Technical Skills
Candidates should have knowledge of:
- USP <232> and USP <233>
- ICH Q3D guidelines
- Elemental impurity analysis
- Method validation and analytical troubleshooting
- cGMP, GLP, Data Integrity, and regulatory compliance
- Laboratory documentation and software systems

Salary
