Job Responsibilities

As a Research Associate, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality market research insights. Your key responsibilities include:

• Supporting the team on primary and desk research studies, including quantitative, qualitative, and in-depth interviews with KOLs, clinicians, CROs, and C-level executives.
• Conducting efficient primary research to address key intelligence questions (KIQs), identifying trends, drivers, and clinical trial insights.
• Performing secondary research, including literature reviews and cross-referencing data to interpret results accurately.
• Managing multiple research projects across therapeutic areas and geographies, ensuring timely delivery of insights.
• Providing daily updates to project managers and senior stakeholders (Senior Associates, Assistant Managers, or above).
• Engaging in client servicing across India, APAC, UK, and US time zones, adapting to rotational shifts.

Qualifications and Skills

To succeed in this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Education:
  • 0-1 year of experience: Post-Graduation degree (mandatory) with excellent academic scores.
  • 1+ years of experience: Graduates or Post-Graduates with relevant experience in healthcare market research.
• Skills:
  • Basic proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and presentations.
  • Strong command of English (written and verbal) with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of healthcare, biotech, and pharma terminologies and workflows.
  • Energetic, self-motivated, and adept at working in a fast-paced environment.
• Shift Timings (Rotational):
  • India: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
  • APAC: 6:30 AM – 3:30 PM
  • UK: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM
  • US: 7:30 PM – 4:30 AM
• Location: Gurugram, Haryana (Work from office)
