Key Responsibilities
The selected Clinical Data Associate will be responsible for supporting clinical data management activities throughout the clinical trial lifecycle.
Responsibilities include:
- Perform clinical trial data entry using Clinical Data Management software.
- Validate clinical data for completeness and accuracy.
- Review and process data queries.
- Track Case Report Forms (CRFs).
- Maintain query logs and study tracking reports.
- Assist Clinical Data Managers (CDMs) in database testing.
- Support edit check testing and validation.
- Perform external data reconciliation.
- Generate reports and listings during clinical studies.
- Coordinate coding activities and electronic data transfers.
- Support study progress tracking systems.
- Participate in project meetings.
- Prepare meeting agendas and minutes.
- Maintain compliance with ICH-GCP guidelines and SOPs.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives.
- Provide administrative support to the Clinical Data Management team.
