Job Description
Kenvue is seeking a Regulatory eXVMPD Coordinator to support data management and compliance activities related to the Extended EudraVigilance Medicinal Product Dictionary (xEVMPD) in line with EMA’s Article 57(2) Regulation. This role plays a critical part in ensuring regulatory compliance and data accuracy for medicinal products in Europe.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide tactical and strategic support for IDMP / ISO SPOR programs, including data evaluation and remediation.
- Create and maintain regulatory data management processes and documentation.
- Support continuous improvement of data quality and operational workflows.
- Assist in internal audits, health authority inspections, and corrective action plans.
- Identify and report data compliance issues impacting regulatory processes.
- Execute operational tasks in compliance with Kenvue’s procedures and regulatory standards.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
- Strong understanding of European medicinal product regulations and Health Authority processes.
- Experience in regulatory operations and familiarity with xEVMPD submissions.
- Knowledge of GMP guidelines, system validation, and electronic records compliance.
- Ability to work with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
