Job Description

Kenvue is seeking a Regulatory eXVMPD Coordinator to support data management and compliance activities related to the Extended EudraVigilance Medicinal Product Dictionary (xEVMPD) in line with EMA’s Article 57(2) Regulation. This role plays a critical part in ensuring regulatory compliance and data accuracy for medicinal products in Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide tactical and strategic support for IDMP / ISO SPOR programs, including data evaluation and remediation.
  • Create and maintain regulatory data management processes and documentation.
  • Support continuous improvement of data quality and operational workflows.
  • Assist in internal audits, health authority inspections, and corrective action plans.
  • Identify and report data compliance issues impacting regulatory processes.
  • Execute operational tasks in compliance with Kenvue’s procedures and regulatory standards.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
  • Strong understanding of European medicinal product regulations and Health Authority processes.
  • Experience in regulatory operations and familiarity with xEVMPD submissions.
  • Knowledge of GMP guidelines, system validation, and electronic records compliance.
  • Ability to work with internal stakeholders and external vendors.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
