Key Responsibilities โ IPQA Executive
As an IPQA Executive, you will play a critical role in maintaining quality assurance standards in pharmaceutical manufacturing:
- Perform cGMP compliance checks on manufacturing and packaging shop floors
- Supervise dispensing activities in production and packing areas
- Handle issuance of bottle labels, outer cartons, and medication guides
- Provide machine and area clearance before batch execution
- Conduct in-process checks, reserve sample collection, and stability sampling
- Review batch records (BPR), equipment logbooks, calibration, and EM records
- Perform real-time monitoring and compliance reporting
- Support investigations and deviation handling
- Train shop floor staff on GMP and documentation practices
- Ensure audit readiness of IPQA documentation
- Calibrate IPQA instruments
Qualifications & Eligibility
Education:
- B.Pharm (Required)
- M.Pharm / M.Sc (Preferred)
Experience:
- 1โ4 years in IPQA / QA / Pharma Manufacturing
Required Skills:
- Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP)
- Quality Management Systems (QMS)
- USP compliance knowledge
- Documentation & data entry accuracy
- Facility and visual inspection skills
- LIMS exposure (preferred)
- Strong communication skills (English)
