Program Overview
This 1-year apprenticeship program is designed for fresh graduates who want to build a career in Regulatory Affairs (RA). The role involves hands-on training in FSSAI, AYUSH, and Legal Metrology compliance, preparing you for a full-time position as an RA Associate upon successful completion.
Key Responsibilities
1. FSSAI Compliance Support
- Review formulations and ensure compliance with FSSAI guidelines (pack size, labeling, licensing).
- Identify compliance gaps and recommend corrective actions.
- Validate label claims (LCs) and artworks for new and existing products.
- Coordinate with QC, packaging vendors, and clients for compliance-related updates.
- Address client queries on regulatory requirements.
2. AYUSH Compliance Support
- Prepare Master Formula Reports (MFR) and compile testing data for AYUSH product approvals.
- Ensure artwork compliance as per the Drugs & Cosmetics Act (D&C Act).
- File Schedule TA with the National Medicinal Plant Board and AYUSH Authority.
