Key Responsibilities

- Managing Global Complaint Handling activities for medical devices
- Conducting Post Market Surveillance investigations and report writing
- Performing complaint trending analysis and identifying potential product risks
- Determining compliance dispositions and CAPA escalation requirements
- Authoring comprehensive Global Complaint Trending Signal Reports
- Collaborating with Quality Engineering, R&D, and Medical Affairs teams
- Conducting Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for confirmed product trends
