The selected candidate will manage local laboratory reference ranges and supporting metadata throughout the clinical study lifecycle, ensuring laboratory data accuracy, consistency, quality, and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and track local laboratory reference range documents to ensure completeness and accuracy.
- Maintain laboratory data and metadata, including tests, reference ranges, units, conversion factors, synonyms, and laboratory details.
- Configure and update local laboratory information to support study start-up, ongoing delivery, and database lock.
- Investigate and resolve laboratory data discrepancies and escalate quality concerns when necessary.
- Collaborate with Clinical Data Management, Clinical Operations, study teams, and external providers.
- Assess and implement updates to laboratory information and reference ranges during clinical studies.
- Maintain inspection-ready documentation and audit trails in accordance with quality and regulatory expectations.
- Support process improvements through metadata standardization, automation, and technology-enabled workflows.
